I’ve roasted nearly everything this holiday season – turkey, ham, beef, pork, potatoes, carrots (chantenay and normal), parsnips, onions (red and normal), butternut squash, sweet potatoes, peppers and tomatoes. Not all together and not all on the same day but in their many guises and often featuring fennel seeds, honey or lemon. And I loved every minute of it.
